For a tasty evening treat indulge in our Healthy Choc Collagen Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, skin removed
- 1 sachet Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured collagen
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 4 Tbls plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
- 2-3 Tbls raw honey or maple syrup
Method
- Add all ingredients into a nutri-bullet or blender & process until thick and creamy
- Top with fave toppings and enjoy!
