Baked Berry Crumble with Brilliance

Ingredients
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tbsp almond meal
  • 2 Tbsp gluten-free oats
  • 2 Scoops Kissed Earth Vanilla Replenish protein powder
  • 1 Sachet Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured collagen 
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 -2 Tbsp nut milk
  • 1 Cup frozen berries 
  • Ground cinnamon 
Method
  1. Place frozen berries on the bottom of a lined baking tray
  2. Blend remaining ingredients together in a blender until well combined (pancake batter consistency)
  3. Pour batter over the top of the berries in the baking tray
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top
  5. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 mins
  6. Enjoy!
Optional - serve with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream of your choice!
