Thrive Chocolate Snack Bars

These are the perfect lil work or school snack to add to your daily eats line up. Plus these are super school safe with no added nuts.


  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop Kissed Earth Chocolate Thrive Powder
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Sea salt
  • Dark vegan chocolate to drizzle


  1. In a bowl, add the oat flour, Thrive Powder, sesame seeds, cacao nibs, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. Stir to combine
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the honey until warm and extra runny. Pour over the other ingredients and stir to thoroughly combine
  3. Line a small tray with baking paper, and transfer the mixture to the tray. Press the mixture to form a tightly compact slab. Freeze for 1 hour
  4. Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to cut small bars
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Dip the base of each bar into the chocolate and transfer to baking paper. Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top. Sprinkle sea salt and let these set before enjoying!
