Easter Egg Mousse with Chocolate Replenish

  • 2 400ml tin coconut cream, refrigerated overnight (cream part only)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop Kissed Earth Chocolate Replenish Protein
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Easter eggs of choice


  1. In a mixing bowl, add the cream part of 2 tins of coconut cream. Using a hand held mixer, whisk until light and fluffy.
  2. Add cacao powder, protein, melted dark chocolate and maple syrup. Whisk until combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Whisk mousse mixture again until light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon into Easter Eggs of choice.
