Ingredients
- 2 400ml tin coconut cream, refrigerated overnight (cream part only)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop Kissed Earth Chocolate Replenish Protein
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Easter eggs of choice
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add the cream part of 2 tins of coconut cream. Using a hand held mixer, whisk until light and fluffy.
- Add cacao powder, protein, melted dark chocolate and maple syrup. Whisk until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Whisk mousse mixture again until light and fluffy.
- Spoon into Easter Eggs of choice.
