Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 6 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup coconut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Hazelnut Butter
- 2 scoops Kissed Earth Replenish Chocolate Protein
- 1 sachet Kissed Earth Brilliance Collagen
- 1/4 cup coconut water
Method
- Combine almond meal, hazelnuts, Medjool dates, salt and 2 tbsp water in a food processor until mixture comes together
- Press into a non stick muffin tray
- Combine coconut cream, coconut butter, maple, replenish protein, hazelnut butter and collagen in food processor
- Add 1/4 cup coconut water from the remaining coconut cream tin
- Blend until smooth
- Pour chocolate mousse on top. Place in freezer for 3-4 hours
- Drizzle with chocolate and garnish with cacao nibs.
