Ingredients
- 1 cup of Greek Vanilla yoghurt
- 1 scoop Kissed Earth Vanilla Replenish Protein powder
- Fresh and frozen berries of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries used here)
- Cinnamon powder
- Natural seed mix
Method
- Put yoghurt and replenish in a bowl and mix until well combined
- Add your fresh or frozen berries on top
- Finish off with a handful of the seed mix and a sprinkle of cinnamon
- Enjoy!
