Dessert for breakfast? Yes please!
Ingredients
- 1 pink lady apple
- 1 scoop Kissed Earth Replenish Vanilla Protein powder
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp crushed walnuts
- 1 tsp goji berries
- 1/3 cup plant based milk
Method
- In a jar, add the protein powder, oats, chia seeds, walnuts, goji berries and plant milk. Stir to combine and let this sit in the fridge until fully absorbed/overnight
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Core the apple and ensure the base is intact. Place on a lined baking tray
- Bake for 30 minutes or until soft
- Let the apple cool completely before filling it with the chilled oat mixture
- Enjoy with yogurt or nut butter
