Tiramisu Collagen Overnight Oats
Perfect for those on the go or those looking for a simple yet delicious breakfast (RSF | DF*)
Ingredients

1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp golden flaxseed fine meal
- 1 sachet Brilliance Unflavored collagen
- 1 serve replenish vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp coconut milk (or non daily milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt for DF
- 1 tsp cacao powder
Method
- Combine oats, coconut milk, flaxmeal, brilliance collagen, protein, espresso and 1 tbsp maple syrup in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, mix Greek yoghurt with 2 tsp maple syrup.
- Add over the oats.
- Dust with cacao and enjoy!
