Tiramisu Collagen Overnight Oats

Perfect for those on the go or those looking for a simple yet delicious breakfast (RSF | DF*)


  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp golden flaxseed fine meal 
  • 1 sachet Brilliance Unflavored collagen 
  • 1 serve replenish vanilla protein 
  • 1 tbsp + 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp coconut milk (or non daily milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt for DF
  • 1 tsp cacao powder


  1. Combine oats, coconut milk, flaxmeal, brilliance collagen, protein, espresso and 1 tbsp maple syrup in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge overnight. 
  2. The next morning, mix Greek yoghurt with 2 tsp maple syrup.
  3. Add over the oats.
  4. Dust with cacao and enjoy!
