Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3 scoops Kissed Earth Chocolate Replenish
- 1/2 cup maple
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C
- In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, 2 scoop replenish, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil and 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Mix until a dough forms
- Spoon mixture into a lined loaf tin and press to flatten
- Bake for 9 minutes and let cool
- In a mixing bowl combine coconut cream, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup maple and 1 scoop replenish. Mix until combined
- Pour on top of chocolate base and set in freezer for 30 minutes or until firm
- Melt dark chocolate and pour on top of chocolate filling
- Return to freezer for 2 hours or until set
- Slice and enjoy!
