Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Kissed Earth Brain Elixir Mushroom blend
- 1 tsp ginger paste (optional)
- 1 block silken tofu
- Sliced shallots and sesame seeds to serve
Method
- Add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, Brain Elixir and chilli flakes to a bowl (OPTIONAL: add ginger paste). Whisk to combine
- Carefully transfer the block of silken tofu to a bamboo steam basket, and steam for 10-15 minutes until firm
- Transfer the tofu to a serving plate, drizzle the spicy soy sauce on top and sprinkle with sliced shallots and sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
