Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1.5 tbs almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes (or rolled oats)
- 1 scoop Kissed Earth Replenish vanilla protein
- 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries of choice
- 1 tsp of maple syrup (optional) splash of warmed almond milk (optional)
Method
1. Whisk egg, milk, 2 tsp almond butter, vanilla, salt and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan
2. Stir quinoa and Kissed Earth protein through and heat over low-medium heat
3. Gently simmer, stirring often, for around 5 minutes until porridge is creamy
4. Serve porridge topped with berries, remaining almond butter, splash of warm milk and maple syrup (if using).
