Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop Kissed Earth Replenish Vanilla protein powder
Method
- In a bowl, start by mashing the banana with a fork. Crack the egg into the bowl and mix together with the banana
- Add protein powders and mix with a spoon until well combined
- Heat olive oil in a fry pan on low-medium heat. Cook pancakes 2-3 mins on each side or until golden brown
- Serve with toppings of choice (fresh fruit or simmered berries)
