Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup bobs red mill gluten free flour
- 2 sachets Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured collagen
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp cardamon
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup apple purée
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 150 C
- Line a baking tray with baking paper
- In a large mixing bowl, and add dry ingredients. Stir to combine
- Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients
- Fold ingredients together until a dough texture forms
- Transfer to a lined baking paper surface
- Sprinkle a pinch of flour on to baking paper
- Roll out dough with rolling pin and cut out gingerbread with cookie cutters
- Repeat process to use up all the dough for gingerbread
- Transfer to baking tray
- Cook in oven for 10 minutes.
- Let cool and decorate.
