A simple and nourishing recipe to celebrate Easter made using Kissed Earth Replenish Chocolate protein. (GF | DF | RSF | VE)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup Replenish Chocolate protein
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 packet mini Easter Eggs
Method
- In a mixing bowl combine shredded coconut, and protein
- In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate and coconut oil and microwave for 45-60 seconds until melted
- Add to mixture
- Spoon a tablespoon of mixture on to a lined baking tray and gently press in the centre to place chocolate eggs
- Repeat
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set
